Intended Outcomes:

After successfully completing this course, the student will be able to:

·                    Describe and classify geometric figures

·                    Apply properties of polygons in order to solve problems

·                    Understand congruence and similarity in regards to geometric figures

·                    Understand special right triangle relationships

·                    Understand planar relationship in regards to area and volumes of 2 & 3 dimensional figures.

 

Grading:

Students are graded on all homework, including book work and worksheets; they are also graded on quizzes and tests.
